Secure Ordering
Security is of the utmost importance to our customers and we at AQA are committed
to your security and privacy when shopping online.
AQA uses secure server (SSL) to encrypt your credit card numbers and personal information
automatically while they are in transit over the Internet, preventing a third party
from viewing this information. AQA uses PayPal's Secure Payment System that processes
your credit card directly. We do not actually handle any credit card related information,
and there are no credit card information retained by us or stored on our servers
at any time. Nobody other than PayPal views or knows your credit card information;
not even personnel within our customer service office.
Website Visitors
Like most website operators, AQA collects non-personally-identifying information
of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the
browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each
visitor request. AQA’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information
is to better understand how AQA’s visitors use its website. AQA does not release
this information to anyone.
Certain visitors choose to interact with the website in ways that require AQA to
gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that
AQA gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors
who sign up for software trial to provide their name, website and email information.
Those who engage in transactions with AQA – by purchasing products, for example
– are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal
and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case,
AQA collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill
the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with AQA. AQA does not disclose personally-identifying
information to anyone.
Protection of Personally-Identifying Information
AQA discloses personally-identifying information only to those of its employees
and affiliated organizations (PayPal Payment System) that (i) need to know that
information in order to process it on AQA’s behalf or to provide services available
at AQA’s websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. AQA will
not rent or sell this information to anyone.
